Mentoring Support Referral

Please ensure you have an agreement from whoever authorises payment from your organisation before sending the referral document. By sending the document and agreeing on a start date, you have agreed that the funding is in place for the support.

Availability is subject to change, and any dates and times offered are only valid at the moment of communication. Only when the referring professional has agreed upon the offer is the package secured

Basic report writing is included within the hourly rate, if you require a specific format please communicate this to the mentor during the introductory phase . If court level/CP level reports are required, then an additional 1 hour will be invoiced per report.

We have a standard 1:1 mentoring rate  plus mileage (mileage charged at 45 pence per mile) and any additional educational activities. (Additional charges for small groups)

This rate is for support taking place Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.

Payment must be made in full within 14 days of the date of invoice.
